These are the terms for membership of the community. They are a plain-English working draft and not yet final. We will confirm the reviewed version before launch.

1. Who can join

Membership is for businesses and their owners, leaders and teams. A company joins on one membership; the people linked to it take part in the community.

2. What membership includes

What you get depends on your tier, for example community access, walks and events, and other member benefits. Your tier and its benefits are set out when you join and may grow over time.

3. Fees and invoicing

• Membership is an annual fee, set by your tier and confirmed before you join.
• We raise an invoice with a secure payment link; payment is due by the date on the invoice.
• Fees are not refundable once your membership year has started, unless we agree otherwise.

4. Term and renewal

Membership runs for a year and renews by agreement. We will let you know before your renewal date.

5. Your nominated contact, colleagues and domains

• Each member company nominates a main contact who manages the membership.
• Your nominated contact can invite colleagues from your company’s email domain to join the community.
• Company email domains are checked and approved by us before they are used to link people.

6. Community conduct

Membership includes our private community. By taking part you agree to the posting policy: be decent, keep it lawful, no spam, and respect each other’s privacy.

7. Ending membership

You can choose not to renew at any time. We may suspend or end a membership where the fee is unpaid, or the posting policy is seriously or repeatedly breached.

8. Liability

We run the membership in good faith to help you and your business. Membership, the walks and the community are not professional, financial or legal advice.

9. Your data

We handle your information as set out in our privacy notice. You can ask us to remove it at any time.

10. Changes

We may update these terms as the membership grows, and will tell members about any meaningful change.
