Privacy & order terms
What we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, email address and UK delivery address, and the items you ordered.
Why (lawful basis)
We use these details to take payment and to fulfil and deliver your order — that is, to perform our contract with you. We email you an order confirmation and delivery updates.
Who we share it with
Your delivery details are shared with Printify, who print and post the item on our behalf. Payment is handled by Stripe; your card details are entered on Stripe’s secure page and never reach us. Both are data processors acting on our instructions.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as needed for accounting and tax. If you ask us to erase your data, we remove your name, email and address from the order while keeping the anonymised financial record.
Your rights & UK only
The shop delivers to the United Kingdom only. You can ask for a copy of your data or its erasure at any time — email andy@nextfriday.co.uk. Brecon Festival Ballet is a registered charity (no. 1194326).
