The route
A flat loop through Regent's Park on wide footpaths and park paths: Broad Walk, Queen Mary's Gardens, the Inner Circle and Avenue Gardens. Traffic-free, scenic, and ideal for walking side-by-side (about 4.5–5 km, 60–75 minutes).
Getting there
Regent's Park station (Bakerloo line) is a one-minute walk. Also handy: Baker Street, Great Portland Street, Warren Street and St John's Wood.
