Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with NextFriday Ltd. We aim to provide you with high-quality products and excellent customer service. In the event that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we have outlined our returns policy below to ensure a smooth and hassle-free process.

NextFriday Ltd is a print-on-demand company, which means that all products are unique, and manufactured to your request.  This also means that returns and exchanges are not permitted if you ordered the wrong size, colour or you have simply changed your mind.

Returns Period:

You may return any item purchased from NextFriday Ltd within 14 days from the date of purchase.

Conditions for Returns:

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.  Proof of purchase must be provided.  Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged.

Our customers are overwhelming happy with the quality.  Where a product is damaged, or there was a manufacturing error NextFriday Ltd offer a free replacement or a refund, if you contact us with 14 days of delivery.  Please get in touch with our team using the contact form, please add a photograph of the defect when responding to us about a quality issue.  On the rare case where their are multiple defects, you must send a picture of all the affected items in one picture.

Nextfriday uses direct-to-garment printing for its designs, the designs may vary by +/- 0.5 inch on the fabric.  These manufacturing variations are excluded from our refuund and returns policy are are not considered as defects. 

      Exclusions:

      Shipping costs are non-refundable. This includes the original shipping cost incurred by NextFriday Ltd for delivering the item to you, as well as any return shipping costs.  If the item was shipped to you for free, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

          Return Procedure:To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

          Contact our customer service team at bev@nextfriday.co.uk to request a return authorization.
          Items worn, soiled or damaged in transit will not be refunded.
          Pack the item securely, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation that were included with the original shipment.
          Ship the item to the following address:

          Please ensure that the return package is adequately insured and tracked, as NextFriday Ltd cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

            5. Refund Process:

            Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 20 days if recipt at our processing facility.  The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.    Refunds will not be issued for wrong size or colour, or a change in the customers mind.  

            6: Shipping Issues
            On rare ocasions the shipping partners may have a delivery issue.  Customer can opt for a replacement with a 2nd delivery charge, or a partial refund.  Our deliveries are tracked by UK couriers, with proof of delivery.
